Sally had success on Australian idol in 2009 making it into the top 20, and Phil is a seasoned performer playing hundreds of gigs per year with multiple outfits. Tom & Georgia
It all started with Tom & Tayla, T&T or TT duo and the various other nicknames it’s had over the years. Ten years and 200 weddings later as far away as Thailand and as close as 5 minutes down the road, Tayla has decided to hang up the boots on the gigs and pass the torch onto her main fill-in singer, Georgia. Georgia has been singing since she was little, moving into various stage productions in high school and professional musicals such as The Wizard of Oz, Wicked, The Sound of Music and Mamma Mia. Georgia has been doing fill in work for Tayla over the last 4 years and the natural progression for her when Tayla decided to retire from gigs was to jump into it full time.
The duo is always a popular option for weddings, singing while you walk down the aisle or getting the dance floor going with some classics later in the night. The duo can be augmented with Drums, Keys and Bass to make a full band.
T&G employ guitar looping effects to layer complex guitar sounds at the tap of Tom’s foot, allowing for lead guitar playing and percussion which makes for a sound that is bigger than your average two piece.
